Q: My wife and I are going from Vegas to south rim for one night on sat 23april and staying overnight in a local hotel we dont want to hire a car and drive from Vegas to gc can we buy one ticket each and leave Vegas on sat morning 23april with you and get dropped off at south rim then the next day come back with you in evening on your bus on 24 April? We can't seem to find any transportation without it being a tour please let us know if you can do this we are happy to buy one ticket each and don't need to go on tour only need bus from Vegas on 4/23 to gc and back on 4/24 to Vegas. From Luxor on 4/23 and back to bellagio on 4/24. Thanks

This tour requires you to return on the same day you depart. If you wish to return on a different day, you will need to purchase one ticket for your departure date and one ticket for your return date. Currently there are no transportation only buses that travel between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon.

Q: Hi I want my parents( who are very strict vegetarians) to enjoy this tour. They would not like to eat at the ranch( would love to stay there though) and would prefer to carry their own food for that part of the tour. So I was wondering if there can be any cut in the cost of the mandatory $89 for admission, meals and wagon ride. We would be happy to pay for the admission,ride and not the meal. We apologize, but the mandatory fee is a set price and is non-negotiable for this tour. Each passenger will be required to pay the $89 in full to the tour guide on tour. Your parents are not required to eat the meals included in this mandatory fee and are welcome to bring their own food on tour.

1. Yes, the tour is available for booking on Jun 11th at this moment, however; we do not guarantee a spot on the tour until you send an official booking and we send you a confirmation e-mail.
2. We can offer you a hotel at LAX that offer transfer service to and from the LAX airport. However; we cannot guarantee the shuttle service can be provided at 12:00 a.m. You may have to take a taxi to the airport.
The general cost of airprot hotels range from $89 - $109. Please submit the request in the comment's section of your booking.

The $24 fee is the charge the LA hotel charges us for the additional free passenger spot. If you do not have a free 3rd person; taking the tour with you, then you do not have to pay the $24 fee.
I.E.
2 people tour price = $796
3 people tour price (1 person free) = $820

Everyone will be dropped off at LAX at the end of the tour. You simply have to call the LAX cockatoo hotel for their shuttle service to reach your hotel extension.

We use different bus operators for different tour routes. All operators we use have been in the businees for at least 30 years. Please check each tour's itinerary for the night's hotels and check which hotels suit your needs best.

Q: I will be arriving two days earlier than the start date of the tour and also, on day 7 I wouldn't require the transfer back to LA because I would like to fly on from Las Vegas to Denver on a flight that I will be organising seperately. Would these circumstances change the price of this tour? Or are there tours you know of that start in LA but finish in Las Vegas but also take in San Francisco? Thanks in advance, Laura. No, there is no discount for opting out of any service or part of the tour.
No, there are no tours that can guarantee you a dro off in Vegas on the last day of your tour.

Yes you can end the tour in Las vegas. However you will have to opt out of the visit to the chocolate factory and the botanical catus garden.
